AI Research Engineer

As an AI Research Engineer, you will implement concepts from new AI research papers. You will build prototypes, compare algorithmic models, and optimize inference performance. You will bridge the gap between academic papers and production systems.

What you'll do

• Prototype reasoning models, RAG structures, and model architectures.
• Benchmark model weights on standard datasets and report results.
• Optimize local model inference speeds using quantizations.
• Write internal technical posts detailing research discoveries.

What we're looking for

• Strong background in mathematics, statistics, or computer science.
• 3+ years experience with PyTorch, transformers, and ML libraries.
• Strong research background and ability to read AI papers.
• Proficient in Python programming.
