AI Trainer

We are looking for an AI Trainer to clean datasets, run model output evaluations, and check classification quality. You will guide models by grading responses and writing reference examples. Your feedback will directly influence model fine-tuning outputs.

What you'll do

• Label, tag, and clean dataset collections for training scripts.
• Evaluate model completions against quality, tone, and logical rules.
• Write high-quality reference responses to serve as training benchmarks.
• Identify common error patterns in LLM outputs and suggest fixes.

• Detail-oriented mindset with strong written English comprehension.
• Ability to learn and apply complex classification guidelines.
• Familiarity with spreadsheets, databases, and basic data tagging tools.
