Senior AI Engineer

We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer to design and scale the intelligent layer of our custom platforms. In this role, you will build autonomous AI agents, multi-agent frameworks, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines. You will configure semantic databases, optimize context window boundaries, and manage the performance of generative models. You will work at the frontier of AI application development, delivering custom models that provide measurable business value.

What you'll do

• Architect and build multi-agent systems, workflows, and RAG pipelines.
• Optimize prompt parameters, model selection, and token costs for production systems.
• Design semantic indexing structures and pgvector/Pinecone indexes.
• Establish automated model evaluation pipelines to test prompts.
• Collaborate with backend engineers to deploy model routes inside serverless APIs.
• Research and benchmark new model releases to integrate them into projects.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years technical experience, with 2+ years shipping AI applications to production.
• Expertise in AI frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or raw model APIs.
• Deep understanding of vector embeddings, semantic search, rerankers, and chunking.
• Strong coding proficiency in Python or TypeScript backend environments.
• Experience with database modeling and SQL.
