AI Coding Trainer
AI Workforce Remote (Worldwide) Contract
We are looking for skilled Software Developers to train code generation models. You will write clean, well-documented code solutions, explain software engineering logic, and critique code model output.
What you'll do
- Write verified, executable coding solutions in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Go, Rust, or C++
- Provide step-by-step reasoning explanations (chain-of-thought) for complex algorithm tasks
- Detect syntax errors, security vulnerabilities, and bad patterns in AI-generated code
- Build unit tests and validation suites to confirm code correctness
What we're looking for
- Solid computer science fundamentals (algorithms, data structures, complexity)
- Proficiency in at least two programming languages with clean coding practices
- Strong technical writing skills to explain engineering choices clearly
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
