Prompt Engineer
AI Workforce Remote (Worldwide) Contract
We are seeking Prompt Engineers to design, iterate, and benchmark prompts that drive business workflows. You will optimize context utilization, manage prompt templates, and construct robust system messages.
What you'll do
- Develop and optimize system prompts for specific classification, translation, and summary models
- Implement context truncation and dynamic few-shot retrieval strategies
- Build systematic prompt evaluation frameworks to measure success rates
- Collaborate with developers to integrate prompts into client production environments
What we're looking for
- Deep understanding of LLM parameters (temperature, top-p, stop sequences)
- Experience with structured output schemas (JSON Mode, tool calling)
- Familiarity with prompt testing libraries and automated testing flows
- Analytical mindset and ability to systematically isolate variable changes
