HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for a detailed HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist to define the recruiting strategy and build the culture at KrissDevHub. As an AI-first agency, our growth is powered by top-tier technical minds. You will lead technical talent sourcing for software engineers, designers, and AI builders, while managing remote-first HR operations. You will own the applicant lifecycle, structure remote onboarding workflows, monitor team sentiment, and build HR infrastructure that supports our fully distributed global team.

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end recruitment campaigns for all engineering, design, marketing, and sales openings.
• Source and engage passive candidates via GitHub, StackOverflow, LinkedIn, and online developer hubs.
• Manage our candidate database and applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring timely feedback loops.
• Establish remote-first onboarding guides, compliance paperwork, and asset management processes.
• Run quarterly culture evaluations, coordinate virtual events, and monitor team wellness metrics.
• Draft compliance policies, handle contract revisions, and maintain global HR records.

What we're looking for

• 4+ years technical recruiting and HR experience in an engineering agency, tech startup, or remote business.
• Strong understanding of modern software terms (Next.js, Node.js, LLMs, PostgreSQL, DevOps).
• Expertise in sourcing passive candidates on non-traditional platforms (GitHub, Twitter, Discord).
• Familiarity with remote work laws, contractor compliance, and global HR platforms (Deel, Wise).
• High emotional intelligence, excellent communication skills, and exceptional organization.
