Technical Recruiter
HR Remote (Worldwide) Contract
As a Technical Recruiter, you will focus on identifying, attracting, and screening world-class engineers, AI modelers, and designers. We operate at the cutting edge of AI development, and you will ensure that only the top 1% of technical talent enters our pipeline. You will manage talent sourcing channels, run initial technical and cultural screens, and coordinate code challenges with engineering leads.
What you'll do
- Research, source, and contact prospective engineering candidates across tech sectors.
- Conduct in-depth screening calls to evaluate technical skills, communication, and remote readiness.
- Review applicant portfolios, resume logs, and code repository links.
- Coordinate coding challenges, design exercises, and interview schedules with hiring managers.
- Maintain active talent pools for future client pipeline requests.
What we're looking for
- 3+ years experience as a technical recruiter or sourcer in a tech firm or agency.
- Proven ability to evaluate technical profiles, understanding language frameworks (React, Python, Go, Node).
- Exceptional candidate communication skills and structured follow-up habits.
- Familiarity with ATS software and database management.
